Stone Paper Is a New Kind of Material Between Paper and Plastic. From the Perspective of Replacing the Traditional Part of Paper, It Can Save a Lot of Forest Resources for the Society, And Reduce the Secondary Pollution in the Process of Papermaking. From the Perspective of Replacing the Traditional Part of Plastic Packaging, It Can Save a Lot of Strategic Resources for the Country Oil. However, Some Experts Doubt Whether It Can Really Degrade, Etc. As a New Thing, Stone Paper Moves Forward in the Controversy.
What Is Stone Paper
Stone Paper, Also Known as Stone Paper, Is Mainly Derived from Limestone Mineral Resources with Large Reserves and Wide Distribution (Calcium Carbonate Content up to 70~80%), With Polymer Polymer as Auxiliary Material (Content of 20~30%), Using Polymer Interface Chemistry Principle and Polymer Modification Characteristics, After Special Process Treatment, Using Polymer Extrusion, Blowing Type Process. It Is a Variety of Processed Paper. Stone Paper Has the Same Writing Performance and Printing Effect as Plant Fiber Paper, And Has the Core Performance of Plastic Packaging.
What Are Their Contributions to Environmental Protection
Protect Resources and Save Energy. Stone Paper from the Mine, Do Not Need to Cut down Vegetation, Is a Great Protection of the Forest. The Production Process of Stone Paper Mainly Uses Calcium Carbonate as the Main Raw Material. The Whole Production Process Does Not Need to Add a Drop of Water, Saving Precious Water Resources. At the Same Time, The Energy Consumption Is Lower Than That of Traditional Wood Pulp and Paper, Which Helps to Improve the Global Warming Caused by Carbon Dioxide and Other Problems
Reduce Pollution Emissions. Stone Paper Production Does Not Need Water Washing, Nor Does It Need Strong Acid, Strong Alkali and Bleach, So There Is No Waste Water Discharge Problem, Does Not Pollute Water Resources.
Recovery and Degradation. Stone Paper Can Be Used Through the Recycling of Plastic Products, Collected After Crushing, Extrusion, Can Be Reproduced Colored Plastic Bags, Flower Pots, Plastic Buckets, Etc.
If It Is Disposed of as Garbage and Burned in an Incinerator, It Does Not Produce Poison Gas. Because the Stone Paper Contains a Large Number of Stone Powder and a Small Amount of Non-toxic Resin, When the Resin Burning, The Stone Powder Will Powder, Promote the Resin and Air Contact, Accelerate the Resin Complete Combustion, So in the Combustion Will Not Be Due to the Lack of Oxygen Smouldering and Black Smoke. Non-toxic Resin Combustion After No Toxic Waste Gas, Less Carbon Dioxide Emission.
What Are the Characteristics of the Production Process
The Process of Stone Paper Mainly Adopts Calendering and Casting Combination Method, And the Organic Base Material Basically Adopts Polyethylene-Pe and Polyppen-Pp. The Combination of Calendering and Casting to Replace the Traditional Paper Process Is More Suitable for the Processing of Polyethylene, The Product Performance Has Been Improved, And the Product Production Range Is More Extensive. Using Improved Special Equipment to Complete the Production of This Kind of Paper, Can Make the Production Process of Stone Paper Simple, More Stable Quality, More Convenient Operation.
Stone Paper Also Has Its Unique Advantages in the Use and Printing, Its Main Characteristics Are Not Only Waterproof, Anti-Fog, Anti-Oil, Anti-Insect, And Tear Resistant, Resistant to Folding. Stone Paper Absorbs Ink Fast, Ink-Jet Printing Is Not Easy to Be Etched. And Because of Its No Fiber, Ink Jet Printing After Higher Clarity, Coupled with the Surface Is Not Coated, Will Not Have Chemical Interaction with Ink, Resulting in Color Bias, Decolorization Phenomenon.
In Daily Life, Stone Paper Is Widely Used. It Can Not Only Replace the Traditional Charcoal Paper, But Also Has Good Water Resistance, Good Folding and Easy Binding. Can Replace the Opaque Pve, Pe and Other Plastic Film, Reduce the Cost, Suitable for Packaging Bags and Other Disposable Products. What Is the Future Outlook?
Stone Paper Products Have a Wide Range of Applications and Can Be Used in the Following Industries.
Disposable Household Goods. Such as Garbage Bags, Shopping Bags, Food Bags, Dense Bags, Lunch Boxes, Foot Gloves, Tablecloth, Raincoat, Dust Cover and so On.
Cultural Paper. Such as Printing Paper, Writing Paper, Advertising Decoration Paper, Road Paper, Coated Paper, Film Paper, Drawing Paper, Poster Paper, Typing Paper, Postal Paper, Cigarette Paper, Glasin Paper, Newsprint and so On.
Building Materials Decoration and Industrial Packaging. Such as Decorative Wallpaper and so On. In the Field of Industrial Packaging, Can Be Used for Fertilizer Bags, Cement Bags, Rice Bags, Clothing Bags, All Kinds of Handbags, Cartons, Etc.; It Can Also Be Used in Special Paper, Such as Field Work Paper, Underwater Work Paper, Mine Work Paper, Military Special Paper, Etc.
With the Continuous Maturation and Upgrading of Stone Paper Technology, The Ap
