By the Gradual Enhancement of People's Environmental Awareness, The Research and Development of New Environmentally Friendly Non-toxic Polyvinyl Chloride (Pvc) Heat Stabilizer Has Become an Inevitable Trend. Since the 1990s, The Call of Banning Heavy Metals Such as Lead and Cadmium in Heat Stabilizers in All Countries, Especially in Western Developed Countries, Has Been Increasing.

In 2003, The European Union Officially Issued the Rohs Directive and the Weee Directive, Which Banned Six Harmful Substances Including Lead and Cadmium in Electronic and Electrical Equipment. In Recent Years, Our Country Also Began to Pay Attention to the Toxicity of Pvc Processing Additives. In 2004, The Ministry of Construction in the Announcement Clearly Pointed Out: Nationwide Water Supply with Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (Pvc - U) Pipe Is Prohibited Lead Salt Stabilizer. In the Face of Increasingly Strict Environmental Protection Laws and Regulations, "Green" Plastics Have Become the Development Direction of the Plastic Industry in the 21 Century, Multi-function, Compound, High Efficiency, Low Toxicity or Non-toxic Has Become the Development Trend of Pvc Heat Stabilizer. And a Series of Organic Pvc Heat Stabilizer First Used in the European and American Markets, Its Performance Has Reached the Level of Metal Soap Heat Stabilizer, Fundamentally Eliminate the Potential Toxicity of Heavy Metals, Representing the Development Direction of Pvc Heat Stabilizer.

Heat Stabilizer Is One of the Important Auxiliaries in Plastic Processing, Mainly Used in Pvc Resin Processing, So Heat Stabilizer and Industrial Pvc Resin and Pvc Soft and Hard Products Production Proportion Has a Close Relationship. In the Production of Industrial Pvc Products, The Use of Heat Stabilizer Alone Is Very Rare, Mainly According to the Special Performance of Each Product for Compound Use. Composite Heat Stabilizer Can Be Divided into the Following Five Categories: (1) Composite Stabilizer of Coprecipitated Metal Soap; (2) Compound Stabilizer for Liquefied Metal Soap; (3) Ultra-Low Lead Salt Compound Stabilizer; (4) Rare Earth Composite Stabilizer; (5) Organic Tin Compound Stabilizer. Due to the Different Situation of Different Countries in the World, The Structure of Pvc Products Is Different, Its Heat Stabilizer Consumption and Structure Have Great Differences.

In China, With the Research and Application of Rare Earth, Organic Antimony, Calcium Zinc Composite and Hydrotalcite Thermal Stabilizer, Composite Stabilizer Has Been Widely Used in Different Application Fields with Its Excellent Performance. Among Them, Rare Earth Stabilizer Is Gradually Accepted for Its Pollution-Free, Non-toxic and Good Photothermal Stability.
